Americanos Conenctions was the first installment of our Diversity collection of programs. This part of the ongoing series has ended, but you may watch episodes of the program, shown at right.

The growing Latino/Hispanic population in this region peaks curiosities, raises questions, and provides exciting opportunities for cultural learning and growth.
Coastal experiences and trends as they relate to increases in diverse populations have traditionally occurred outside of the Midwest. Now that these changes are occurring in the Midwest, viewers of this series will have the chance to learn more about the mindset and barriers that hinder people from fully embracing new cultures.
This series highlights the contributions, life experiences and priorities of the Latino/Hispanic community in an effort to help bridge relationships between cultures.
