Nicole Nfonoyim-Hara

Nicole is an anthropologist by training and holds degrees from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania and the University of Oxford, England. Her work and research have taken her all over the world uncovering how people and communities change, grow, and thrive. As a Rochester-based writer, her writing has been recognized by the Minnesota State Arts Board, Loft Literary Center, and the Givens Foundation for African-American Literature.

Danielle Teal

Danielle is a correspondent and occasional host of R-Town. Her day job is with Mayo Clinic. She is also founder of CAKE (Caring Acts of Kindness Everywhere), a volunteer group that partners with nonprofits and organizations on kindness initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree with a focus in Communications and Marketing from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University. Danielle has hosted her own radio show and authored numerous articles and blog posts. Her love for getting to know others has paired well with hosting the R-Town podcast. She enjoys lifting up those in the community, so that their stories can be shared to inspire and motivate others.
